I just don't understand why the british police decided to issue an international arrest warrant for Brett and Naghmeh King because they took THEIR CHILD out of a british hospital to find a more effective cure for their child with a brain tumour that the british health service was either unable or unwilling to provide. If that wasn't bad enough, they have now deemed to ship the parents off to Madrid for a deportation hearing postponed for 72 hours while this poor child is alone in a hospital in Malaga. Not even the siblings are allowed to visit the poor lad - as if he hasn't enough on his plate already. The parents have committed no 'crime' whatsoever yet they are being treated as criminals. Contrast that to the McCanns who drugged up their children so they could leave them home alone while the parents went out to enjoy themselves and yet no prosecutions or convictions resulted from that. To say the british police and health service have overstepped the line is a gross understatement and incompetence of baffling proportions. If you took their brains out and put a turd in there you might in fact double their intelligence because the King family were never at the forefront of their thinking. I am incandescent at reading about this case

I see they have now been released from prison and the international arrest warrant is also cancelled. I'm with you Jake that it is beyond reasonable comprehension how an ARREST WARRANT and PRISON are the appropriate action towards a family who wanted nothing more than to seek out the beat treatment for THEIR child. Disgraceful in the extreme
